Axial Flow Check Valve

An axial flow check valve primarily consists of a body, bonnet, disc, and spring. The body is the main part of the valve, featuring a flow passage and a seat internally to guide the fluid. The bonnet is fixed to the body and connects the valve to the pipeline. The disc is the critical component of the axial flow check valve; it opens or closes under the force of fluid pressure. 1.  Disc Closure upon Reverse Flow:Check Valve manufactor
    During normal forward flow, the medium pushes the disc open. As this happens, the flow guide elements (or vanes) inside the passage are moved by the fluid, keeping the passage open. A localized low-pressure area forms behind these guide elements. This slight negative pressure, relative to the medium pressure, helps ensure the disc closes promptly once the forward flow stops, preventing backflow. Simultaneously, the spring continuously applies pressure on the disc, guaranteeing rapid closure after flow ceases.
 
2.  Disc Sealing during Reverse Flow:Check Valve Suppliers
    If flow reversal occurs, the fluid force acts in the opposite direction, exerting a closing force on the disc. In this scenario, the combined force of the reverse fluid flow and the spring pressure acts on the disc, forcing it to close. Concurrently, the flow guide elements move in response to the reverse flow direction, closing off the passage and preventing further backflow of the medium.
