Features and usages
The component designs of H44X (SFCV) series flange swing rubber disc check valve is composed of body, bonnet and rubber disc. The rubber disc uses steel plate, steel bar and enhanced nylon as substrate, the outer layer made of rubber coated. The disc switch life can get to 100 million times. The valve adopts full-flow area design, with a small head loss, hard to accumulate debris, easy to maintain and other convenient features. The valve is mainly applied to the horizontal installation of drainage systems, can be installed on pump outlet, in order to prevent back flow and water hammer damage to the pump. It also can be installed in the bypass pipelines of the reservoir input and outer waterpipes, to prevent water backflow to the water supply system.
